Locale was born from the inspiration of two lifelong friends, Zoe and Julia, whose combined passion for fashion and shopping has lead them to create something fresh on the Perth retail scene.

With the establishment of Locale, Zoe and Julia have tried to identify all those little annoyances one finds while shopping and eliminate them. Things on the hitlist; pokey changerooms, difficult parking, shops that aren't child friendly, poor customer service, lousy music... Through creating a long list of what not to do, we created a vision of what shopping should be.
